a canal dream come true
canal view attentive staff private transfer superb location
The breakfast terrace overlooking the grand canal was a highlight. It set the perfect tone each morning (i loved watching the boats glide by). our room was a junior suite, and it seemed like a true venetian palace. the staff were so attentive. They arranged a private water taxi directly from the airport. the location was superb, with a vaporetto stop right outside the door.
the gym was quite small and had limited equipment, only a treadmill and a few weights, a bit disappointing.

The junior suite offered a comfortable bed, ample storage, and an espresso maker. The pink, cream, and gold tile work in the bathroom added a touch of elegance. there were even little stars in the ceiling of our private entryway.

the staff received multiple email communication prior to our arrival ensuring our needs were met and also arranged our transportation from the airport. sabina was very helpful, answering our many questions patiently.

amazing staff excellent location dreary room tired decor
i loved the location of this hotel! it's super close to the public water taxi, a big plus. the staff was amazing, they were friendly and always helpful, what a treat!
our room was quite dark and dreary. it kept falling down, oh no!

Exquisite Stay on the Grand Canal
wonderful location breakfast terrace transport service
The location is wonderful. Breakfast on the terrace was an absolute dream, a gentle way to start each day. I enjoyed a complimentary water taxi to Murano. The hotel arranged this service. It was easy to get back by public transport.
The room had lighting system glitches. The staff was kind, I waited a long time for assistance. The system needed some immediate attention.

The room was beautifully appointed with comfortable bedding. The bathroom had elegant tile work in pink, cream, gold and iridescent tones. There were even little stars in the ceiling of our private entryway, a charming detail.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Sabina patiently answered all questions and arranged transport from the airport. Rossano provided a smooth ride and nice entrance. The breakfast staff offered kind assistance each morning.

The hotel has a chapel, a detail that added to the splendor. The elegant seating areas inside the hotel were complete with striking windows and woodwork. Murano and Fortuny chandeliers were featured throughout the hotel.
